Titans Counseling is a mental health counseling service that focuses on healing trauma-related conditions. I’m Tita Johnson, and I’ve been providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout the community for more than 12 years.

Using proven methods and a patient-centered approach to therapy, I provide my clients with solutions that effectively address their needs, as well as help them grow into greatness.

A Passion To Help Others Through Adversity

I became a counselor because I wanted to aid individuals, families, and couples in facing challenges and help them walk through difficult situations. By supporting them, these arduous experiences can become opportunities for growth and empowerment.

Apart from my work as a licensed professional counselor, I currently teach in the School of Medicine Clinical Rehabilitation Program at the University of South Carolina - Columbia.
